大家mark譜,寫譜,考樂理,作曲的時候最理想是用3B鉛筆或3B鉛芯(以鉛筆為首選), 原因是深淺度最適合.

各大書店有售.

為什麼不愛音階 (Scale)?

如果我們問十個學樂器的學生, 我相信絕大部份的學生都不愛練習音階.

但為什麼不愛呢? 因為悶?煩?

其實音階為什麼這麼重要呢?

(1) 音階會不斷出現在樂曲的不同角落
(見上圖例子, an excerpt from Kuhlau Sonatina Op.20 No.1)
(2) 增強雙手的協調性 (co-ordination)
(3) 可訓練指法(finering)
(4) 能認知各調性的關係
(5) 最重要是能增強雙手對鍵盤觸覺(keyboard sense)

(1) 慢板歌, Nocturnes with Expressive & Sentimental mood,

(3) 快板歌, 較有動感的音樂, 音樂中會有較多對話(Dialogue / Echo)形式的句子出現, 左右手會輪流把主題(Subject)持續地帶出.注意任何forte, 有accent和跳音的地方.
(4) D major Andantino

意見由Trinity Guilhall 其中一位考官提供: Mr. Stuart Gill (MEd LTCL LRAM),

(1)Inadequate continuity (re-starts, fractures, upsets, breakdowns)
解決方法:Regular playing to an audience to overcome nerves

(2)Inconsistent pulse Practice with a Metronome
Incorrect tempo (affecting the style)
解決方法: Understand the context (eg. Dance, sound picture, period, character)

(3) Lacking expression
解決方法: Listen to teacher play, feel the phrase

(4) Dynamic levels inconsistently graded
解決方法:Decide at the start how loud is loud, how soft is soft. Listen critically as you play

(5) Phrasing unshaped
解決方法:Identify breathing points, inner singing of the melody

(6) Detail skimmed and inaccurate, rushed
解決方法: Practise slowly, critical listening, use a more disciplined approach.

(7) Incorrect repeats (not enough or too many)
解決方法:Study the performance directions carefully at the outset. Read the syllabus

相信有很多考生都有考慮過彈音階和彈歌的先後次序, 現在看看Trinity (Guildhall)考官點講:


In an exam, should you do your scales and technical exercises first, or should you play your pieces? This was a question Jeremy Ward, Rockschool examiner, asked at a recent Rockschool workshop.

His answer: When you go into an exam, no matter how accomplished and 'cool' you may be, your nerves will kick in, your heart will beat faster and inevitably, you will play faster. You might start off with what you consider to be your best piece - make a mess of it, and then feel terribly despondent. Rather start with the scales and exercises, settle down during those, and then move onto the pieces, feeling calmer and more in control.

總括來說, 考官都會提議您們先彈音階, 先為手指熱熱身.

考試誤解(十三)考試可以用影印本嗎？

相信考過琴試的你都會見過琴譜上印了一部想咬人的影印機，警告大家不可影印。但是是否真的不可影印呢？若真的不可影印，若要掀譜時便很困難？有些老師會叫考生帶兩本相同的琴譜入試場方便掀譜，其實並不需要這麼做。如果你不想掀譜的話，你可以影印需要掀的那頁，然後貼在前頁的旁邊便可。當然你不可只用影印本而不用正本！如果你想全首樂曲都用影印本，你也必需帶同該樂譜的正本進試場，否則考官有權取消你的考試！

數年前有一則趣聞, 有一位考生考試完畢後聲稱要用法律途徑追究皇家音樂學院, 理由是考試期間考官用上非傳統的問法令他產生混淆, 題目是Ab Melodic Minor, 由於考生習慣我們較聽慣常用的G# Melodic Minor, 因而發生這個事件. 記往皇家音樂學院的音階教材有列名所有有機會同音不同名 (Enharmonic Equivalent)的音階, 分別有:

G# Minor = Ab Minor
C# Minor = Db Minor
