蕭邦與學生Carl Mikuli

蕭邦另一學生Carl Mikuli亦曾描述與蕭邦上的鋼琴課的一些細節:

'During the first few lsesons, Chopin paid most attention to freeing his pupils from all stiffness and every cramped, stiff hand movement in order to create smoothness and with it the independence of the fingers as the first condition of beautiful playing'

我們彈琴的時候, 當遇到較快和較難的段落, 手指會不期然生硬起來, 這些小毛病一定要糾正過來, 正如蕭邦所講, 'dire un morceau de musique' (let the music speak).....
